The new page offers ten different travel packages, each catering to a variety of interests. Options include a day trip to the Wadden Island of Ameland, a scenic cycling tour through the Noardlike Fryske Wâlden National Landscape, or a visit to the Frisian capital of Leeuwarden, complete with a charming canal cruise through its historic city centre aboard a traditional praam boat.
Nature and culture enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy. One of the packages explores the distinctive terp landscape, visiting picturesque villages such as Moddergat, Dokkum and Birdaard, as well as Hegebeintum, home to the highest terp in the Netherlands. Every package has been designed to allow visitors to experience the diversity of Northeast Friesland at their own pace.
