How the luggage service works
During your cycling holiday, one suitcase of up to 15 kg is included in the package. Each morning, you should place this suitcase at the hotel reception by 9:00 AM at the latest. From there, your luggage is picked up for the daily transport cycle and delivered to the next hotel by 6:00 PM – even on the last day of your trip.
Would you like to bring additional suitcases? This is possible upon request; an extra fee applies for each additional suitcase to ensure everything runs safely and smoothly.
Each suitcase must be tagged with an official Friesland Holland Travel luggage label so that it is handled safely and correctly. If your suitcase has not arrived by 6:00 PM, you can immediately contact the emergency hotline. The team will investigate what happened during transport and provide a quick solution.
Last day of travel and delivery times
On the last day of your trip, luggage can be delivered until 6:00 PM, but this is an exception. In practice, suitcases are usually delivered earlier in the day.
