Once all partners have confirmed the booking, we will send you the confirmation (this may take up to 24 hours). Along with the confirmation, you will receive a payment link from STO Garant. STO Garant secures your travel sum until your entire trip is completed.<\/p>\n<p>We require a pre-payment of 15% within two weeks of booking. Six weeks before the departure date, the remaining 85% must be paid. In this case, the 15% deposit will be refunded to your account by STO Garant.<\/p>\n<p>For cancellations made within 6 weeks before departure, the following conditions apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cancellation between 1 and 7 days<\/strong> before the confirmed arrival date on the invoice: 15% of the booking amount.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellation between 5 and 2 weeks<\/strong> before the confirmed arrival date on the invoice: 50% of the booking amount.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellation within 2 weeks<\/strong> before the confirmed arrival date on the invoice: 75% of the booking amount.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellation within 5 days<\/strong> before the confirmed arrival date on the invoice: 100% of the booking amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For any cancellation on or after the confirmed arrival date on the invoice: the entire booking amount will be forfeited.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Travel and Cancellation Insurance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Friesland Holland Travel does not provide travel or cancellation insurance.
